How the free trial works

While our Launch offer runs, you get a 30-day free trial on both plans. After it ends, new trials go back to the standard lengths: a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan and a 30-day free trial on the annual plan. We ask for a card when the trial starts. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise, the plan you picked starts automatically.

Paid plans and trials have fair-use caps on dictation time. You can read them in the terms of service.

Why do you ask for a card for the free trial?

It keeps trials for real users, and your dictation carries on without a break when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime in the app: open Settings, then Account, and click Cancel renewal (or Manage subscription). You can also email support@voctype.com from the address you signed up with. Cancelling stops renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What will I see on my card statement?

Charges show as LINK.COM* VOCTYPE. Our reseller, Link (Sold through Link, LLC), handles checkout as the merchant of record, so your receipts come from Link. Prices are in USD, and checkout may show them in your local currency.
